Why IssuePilot exists
Born out of our own project work.
In everyday web and software work, feedback came from everywhere: by email, in chat, as a screenshot, in a meeting. In the end, tracking down the report took longer than fixing it. No existing tool was a proper fit — some were too heavy and complex to set up, others had no way to collect feedback straight from the website, and almost all of them kept data somewhere in a US cloud.
So we built IssuePilot: a tool that maps the path from a report to a finished task in one place — with a widget that pulls feedback straight from your website, and with data that stays in Germany.
It's made at Schneider & Liska Webservice in 69214 Eppelheim — where IssuePilot is developed, operated and continuously improved.
What we stand for

Privacy is not a paid extra
Servers in Germany, no tracking without consent, data minimisation as standard. What others treat as an enterprise add-on is part of the baseline for us.
Focus over feature overload
We'd rather build a few things that work day to day than a long list nobody uses. You should be able to get started without a manual.

No ticket maze: when you get in touch, you hear back from someone who knows the product and builds it — usually the same business day.
